Roziner, Felix
(b. 1936)
   Israeli writer of Russian origin. He was born in Moscow, and lived there until his emigration to Israel in 1978. He worked initially as an engineer, but gave up his job in 1969 to write. His A Certain Finkelmayer deals with the Jew as a Russian intellectual. In The Silver Cord he depicts seven generations of a Jewish family who migrate from the shtetl to Israel.
